Middle Eastern Salad سلطة عربية

1 sweet pepper (3 big chunks from peppers of different colours: red, green, yellow for me)
1 tomato
½ cucumber
½ lettuce head (Romaine is best)
2 green onions (spring onions)
1 cup coriander
½ cup fresh mint
Juice of 1 to 1 ½ lemons
Olive oil (about 4 tbsp)
Black pepper

1.      As shown in the picture finely chop or dice all the ingredients
2.      In a mixing bowl put all the chopped vegetables, add olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix all the ingredients (preferably using your hands)
3.      Check seasoning and fix it according to your personal taste and serve
