'Assafir': cream filled Ataif عصافير

'Assafir' or 'birds is another way to serve Ataif that doesn't involve frying or baking. go to my previous recipe: just make the pancakes as small as you can (mine are still too big).
Fill them as seen on the pictures with ricotta cheese or crème fraiche (I like the tangy taste).
Decorate with pistachios and tick syrup.
