3-4 tbsp olive oil
3-4 clove garlic
¾ cup plain yogurt
Salt to taste
Parsley, a bunch
- Grate the carrots and sauté carrots in olive oil for about 10 minutes.
- Combine yogurt and garlic, and mix this with fried carrots.
- Decorate with parsley, drizzle of olive oil and some olives.
